Adorable ginger male, 2-4 years old.

This gorgeous boy is looking for a loving forever home, and we’re delighted to be helping Jess, a vet nurse at Tari Vets, find him the special home he deserves. He is currently being looked after at Hoppy Acre rescue and will be rehomed from there.

Bonzie was a stray whom Jess managed to trap. She got him vaccinated, microchipped, neutered and vet checked. He has no known health issues.

Bonzie is one of the most chilled-out, easy-going cats you could hope to meet! He can be a little shy when meeting new people and needs some time to feel comfortable, but once he trusts you, his affectionate nature really shines through.

He absolutely loves cuddles and has the sweetest habit of dribbling when he’s enjoying some fuss! He also loves nothing more than curling up for a nap beside his favourite person. If you’re looking for a gentle companion to share your sofa and keep you company, he could be just the boy for you.

There’s one particularly effective way to win his heart, too: food! 😻 He is a very enthusiastic foodie and could do with losing a little weight! His new family will need to help him get back to a healthy size with sensible portions and plenty of love 🧡.

Bonzie is quite sociable and enjoys the company of other cats, so he may be happy sharing his home with a friendly feline companion, provided introductions are carried out carefully and gradually.

He would be best suited to a calm, peaceful home without young children, as loud noises and busy surroundings can frighten him and cause him to retreat and hide. He is also not a fan of dogs, so a dog-free home is essential.

An indoor-only home could be ideal for this lovely boy, providing him with a safe, comfortable environment where he can relax, build his confidence and enjoy life at his own pace.
