Ginger male, 3-4 years old.

Pip was a stray that turned up in a PCL volunteers garden, it's like he knew he would be rescued and well cared for! He is (of course) now in foster with them.
From his fosters Judi & Jon:
Pip appeared in our garden one day and after checking he wasn't lost from neighbours and not chipped we befriended him very quickly, he loves his food!

He has settled in well with us and has a cheeky, inquisitive nature, loving lots of attention and head bumps. He was in a sorry state and after being vet checked it transpired that he had a very sore mouth which after meds and TLC has fully recovered.
We had also noticed that he held his tail in an odd way and it turns out he doesn't have any use of it. Obviously we don't know how and when it got damaged but it does not affect him in any way. However, if Pip is to be an indoor/outdoor cat in his forever home, it may need to be amputated as it could get stuck/damaged without him knowing it. PCL will provide full support to his new owners with this going forward including paying for surgery via one of our vets in either Cranham or Shenfield.
Like most cats he not only loves his treats, he also loves to sleep in a comfy bed and has even started to play with toys. Being a stray he is still getting used to human attention and will let you know if he's had enough with a little swipe but hopefully given time to settle in his new home he will know he is loved.
Pip needs a home that can give him the love and space he deserves to thrive.
