Rex and Ruby

Super friendly black brother and sister, 1 year old (Born 20th May 2023)

Ruby and Rex were handed in as Ruby wasn't getting on with the owner's young child. They were devastated to give them up - this is her description of the siblings:

Rex

Rex is a big dopey cuddly bear.

He’s a bit slow and loves to lay down and have a cuddle.

He has a favourite toy, a spring that he walks around with in his mouth and throws it around to chase.

He is a little vocal sometimes and purrs a lot!

He loves to cuddle and will climb on your chest for a big squeezy cuddle.

He has some tummy trouble. He has to stick to the same food. Iams chicken and as long as it stays the same his tummy is fine.

He likes to do his toilet outside now.

Both cats love to climb on top of the kitchen cabinets and have their beds up there too.

Ruby

Ruby is more petite than Rex.

She loves a cuddle too but is more aloof than Rex. Rex loves company and will often choose to be inside with people whereas Ruby is more independent and loves to explore.

She loves to climb! She spends most of her time outside up on the roof (yes the roof) chasing birds.

She can be timid, she also loves to play and likes the games where she has to chase something.

They are both very loving and will happily sit on your lap or seek out your lap for a cuddle.
