Tara aka Tricksy

We adopted Tara from Jane a few weeks ago. We'd already decided to name her Tricksy and what a suitable name it has turned out to be for such a fun and energetic little kitten!

We were a little concerned that a rescue cat would take time to settle and trust us, but how wrong we were! Within an hour she was climbing all over us and demanding a cuddle. These pictures were taken on the first night she was home with us. She has got more and more lively and her current favourite trick is running round the kitchen inside a Tescos bag! We are now enjoying watching her swinging from the Christmas tree and pulling the baubles off one by one!

Even though Tricksy had cat flu at a very early age there is no sign of it now and the vet is confident that she is a very healthy kitten and will have no side effects.

Thank you to Jane for looking after her so well for her first few weeks and making her such an affectionate little thing! She certainly cheers us up and I would strongly recommend the Pussy Cat Lodge for anyone else looking for a friendly cat that needs a home.
